Software quality assurance (SQA) consists of a means of monitoring the software engineering processes and methods used to ensure quality. The methods by which this is accomplished are many and varied, and may include ensuring conformance to one or more standards, SQA encompasses the entire software development process, which includes processes such as requirements definition, software design, coding, source code control, code views, change management, configuration management, testing, release management, and product integration.

SQA is organized into goals, commitments, abilities, activities, measurements, and verifications.

  • Consists of a balance QA Team that performs the role of quality testing and responsible for making the software

product according to the agreed SRS (Requirement Analysis Document).

  • QA Team makes sure that there is no problem in the released software version.
  • QA Team also enforces standard practices to the whole organization.
  • If needed QA team also perform quality checks on client site for assuring better service.

Based on web technologies and standards-based APIs. As an application platform, SharePoint provides central management, governance, and security controls for implementation of these requirements. The SharePoint platform integrates directly into IIS – enabling bulk management, scaling, and provisioning of servers, as is often required by large organizations or cloud hosting providers
